No worries - thanks for the rapid response

Are you interested in selling the filament separately as a job-lot?
-
Apologies - didn’t look close enough at your list - looks like most are new. Would you sell the spools on their own?
-
Ho much are on the spools - photo will do
-
Likewise - country, price - all the things a buyer would want to know
-
All made in China mate

I’m in line with bvandenbroek - only thing I would say is the stock parts cooling arrangement is poor - uncontrolled since its on all the time (subset of the hot end cooling arrangement). That said there are 3rd party cooling solutions you can print/build that will do the job - there is a spare sock…

If the walls are too thin you may never be able to print with FDM technology. If you can thicken up the walls you may be able to print - same as Cobnut really need to see the .stl file
-
Simple - use an adhesive on the build plate (in theory clean glass should work but I’ve never had a lot of success). Pritt Stick or even better 3D Lac . ABS has a tendancy to warp especially if in an unenclosed build space (like yours). Try PLA or even better PETG (so called ABS substitute without a…

I guess Z-Temps will go to the wall now?

When I go to the Zortrax site I see 2 versions of 1.1.0 firmware - which is correct? (M200) Also - how can the material facility be accessed - cant see any additional meus or facilities on the M200 screen. In addition - do you know if Zortrax are upgrading Z-Suite so we can access the firmware chang…

Classic under- extrusion. What are your extrusion settings - what material are you printing with?

http://www.artlab3dprpinting.com/ just bombs out - is this a typo?
-
Yes - and yes!
-
Over engineered solution which will not result in any significant quality improvement - will make your printer very expensive and if you wish to sell commercially outside the accepted price point for a PRUSA clone. Belts work, are reliable - easy to adjust and cheap to replace - they can give the ac…

Just so I’m clear - you have jobs loaded on the SD card - can you see these jobs?
-
Problem solved!! The SD card had blown - replaced this with a new 8Gb unit with 2 folders installed (sys and user) - previous version of the firmware copied into the sys folder and it booted fine. Was then able to upgrade to the very latest firmware. Worked fine after this - now fully functional. T…

How do I gain access to the internal hard drive ?
-
Thanks for the rapid response. Did you say there is an internal drive (in other words an on board storage facility) built into the printer?
-
My advice - upgrade to Z-Suite 1.6.1 - free download - this should resolve your issues.
-
Cheap compared to others - but then I am a large Location - Birmingham UK - any suggestions would be much appreciated.
-
To clarigy - I’m in the UK - looks like we have responders from the US - different type of market - anybody from the UK having problems?
-
Matter of interest what was your previous printer?
-
Photographs would be useful
-
Same as above - how much and where are you?
-
OK - I agree - don’t start opening boxes (yet). Start at basics. 1. Open Device Manager in W10 - go to start and type in Device Manager (in Control Panel) in search window. Open DM and go to the top drop down menu View and select Show Hidden Devices 2. Ensure you have Ports (COM and LPT) available…

And most importantly what software are you using to slice/communicate with your printer?
-
What computer operating system are you using? I assume you are trying to connect using USB? Let me know - chances are I can assist.
-
Yes - I have noticed the same thing. Since the update the raft is hard to pull away from the model. Zortrax - hope your listening!!
