Hi, I recently bought a Wanhao Duplicator i3 Plus. After assembling and leveling the printer, it seems that I am unable to select files to print. When I press the “Print” button on the screen, nothing happens and it remains on the homescreen. Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this?
Just so I’m clear - you have jobs loaded on the SD card - can you see these jobs?
Maybe button not connected. open case check silver lined loom. can sometimes come out when resliding casing together. that’s why they glue connections to board. 
Thank you for your responses. I contacted the company from which I purchased the printer and they determined that the motherboard was bad.
This is crap. This is my second printer in 4 days. I have the sd card in printer and press the print choice on printer. Nothing happens. The first one did this and now the second one does the same. The demo unit at Microcenter works fine. What a piece of crap. Will contact my lawyer and sue the crap out of Wanhao.
