Do you have a working profile or saturation settings that are working well for you with hydroperm? How long do you leave the part in etc before pulling
-
I would stay away from noble they are very unprofessional and the product is not as advertised. 3 months and they didn’t send me anything and then said it was my fault and finally refunded after PayPal claim.

I had a cleaning solution pump melt and smoke. On inspection on the pci card there was a 5r1 resistor blown next to one of the relays. I replaced it but the new pump starts to get real warm just when I boot the machine. Any suggestions?
-
You need c4810a hp black only heads.
-
If the machine hasn’t had it done I would just replace all the lines. But to flush all you need to do is draw distilled water through using your purge tool.

I am making my own ceramic pva powder for my zcorp and 3d systems machines. I am trying to find a source that is ground fine enough. The source soapgoods.com was kinda course like rock salt for the most part. Anyone making their own powder have a good source?
-
Mine had good flow, when you took the cartridge out it would pool at the top of the septum and leak all over. if yours is leaking make sure the plastic elbow is on tight if you dont see it leakin out the top
-
Im not sure on the disabeling but if you have all 4 installed and you get an error on the 123 position you can bypass it by pressing online on the pad. I would look into remanufactured cartridges for your 123 color spots. They run as low as 8-10 a piece. Then spend the 25-35 on a good hp one for the…

Does anyone know a good source for the binder filters?

For those hawing hydroperm out of the bag on their 510 what profile, shell and core saturation, and bleed compensations are you using?
-
Thank you. Can you send me your contact details via email and we can work out the septum replacements. Also I would be interested in what parts you have for the 510. Thank you! jimmineycricket1 (at symbol) yahoo.com

Hi David that would be great. I have a few leaky septums. How would that work to get them replaced. Is it easy to get them out of the machine and send to you? What kind of parts do you have for the 510?
-
anyone replace their septum ( the printhead receiving end that the needle goes into? Mine leaks a little and my local rep wants like 40 dollars a piece for them.
-
I have see your work before. Congrats on the printer I saw that you did a crowd funding a while ago. What layer height are you printing at? I get gorgeous surface finishes at .08mm finishing the models with a sandblaster is a must… At least we think so to get things to really pop. Here is a print tha…

I have been trying to get it from sigma aaldrich but they are very frustrating to attempt to order from. They have denied my order because they review your info before sending out. They will not send to a residential address. They did not like my usage explanation when I said it was for 3D printing …

eBay for a bleed kit. I have the one with the bottle not the funnel. Instead of the syrynge to bleed the lines I made a tube with one of the pieces from the printhead for each color. Then hook up the tube to the syrynge.

If your inkjet printer is pigment based you can print on the hydroprint paper. Also clear and white based water transfer decals can be found and used on inkjet printers as well.
-
Yeah that makes sense then that they are clogging and overheating. I would let them sit a few days with bleach and really flush them out. Remember anything past the filter that is smaller than .5 microns will go through the printhead and could easily clog the heads.
-
A few things to try and figure out the source of the problem… Old or contaminated binder can be a source of overheating heads. Flush the lines and leave bleached water in them overnight. Make sure the filters are clean and you can pull fluid easily through the lines. If it’s hard to pull that can ca…

So I think I found a source for pva thats a bit cheaper… they want to have me order about 88 pounds cost is just under 10 delivered. It is 1788 grade and about 300 mesh they said
-
Ahh that makes sense Jason about the color heads. Do you have a z510 also? Once i get all this testing with powder and binders out of the way I’ll see how many I haven’t burned out lol. Still havin issues getting the surfynol sent to our business address.
-
Very interesting result on that side. We are getting our kiln set up this month in our shop. We are still having issues with Sigma-Aldrich getting that surfactant for the binder which has been frustrating. On a side note we found a box of 600+ printheads at one of our recycling centers here locally.…

I got some materials ready to go. Hydrostone and hydrocal white. I am going to mix up batches of each. If I’m reading the recipe right 1000-250-250. For 5 pounds of plaster I will mix 1.25 pounds of melodextrin and 1.25 pounds of powder sugar. I also got fondant powder sugar as another option.
-
It should be under legacy machines on 3D systems. I dl the 510 which is also a legacy and it was there.
-
I am currently trying hydrostone and hydrocal white. I mixed with melodextrin and powder sugar but was getting mixed and funky results at various saturations using the 130 zbond profile. The ink was sitting on top of the powder. I did a spray test on the 2 ingredients and the melodextrin seemed to b…

What printer? Make sure your lines and filter are clear. Wash out with bleach water. That is a biggie if you are getting striping. Also clean the pogos

Hey Jan to to get rid of the diskette error you need to boot to the bios setup. I think it’s the delete key. It should say it on the screen during boot. Then to disable go to the boot options and go down to floppy drive and disable it. Then it won’t check for it any more and should boot past that.
