Does anyone have an older copy of Zprint for the Z400 series powder printer they can send me. We bought the printer used and the seller failed to send the Software. We contacted 3D Systems ( who acquired zcorp) and the rep said they can’t find the “Lagacy” software for the z400 series.

It should be under legacy machines on 3D systems. I dl the 510 which is also a legacy and it was there.

I have a z402 printer, and am unable to find the software that goes with it. I believe that I need the driver download for the serial port as well. I have windows 10 and it doesn’t seem to recognize it. I’m curious if you ever found the correct software for your printer.
