Have a Flash forge Creator Pro using simplify 3d with .4 extruder. Need help printing small posts first 2 layers o.k. then it leaves zits or the heat causes the next layers to deform . Very small posts .1 inch diameter X . 08 inch height .

Thanks Matt. I will look into your suggestions and adjust my settings. It seems I still have some trial runs to do. The part I am testing is quite small… 1 X .5 X .2 inches and will post a picture when I can get a good shot of it.

Using FForge Creator Pro. During 2 most recent builds the temperature on the Right extruder becomes unstable …going down and then coming back up to the set point of 180 C and in the last build stopped altogether. Left extruder set at 210 and no problem. What is going on?

I did not want to use HIPS and prefer PVA for support. Any ideas on if and how I could get the PVA to work with ABS. I have tried adjusting the temperatures of the 2 materials ie lowering temp for ABS and elevating temp for PVA in the same build. Any other ideas would be appreciated.
