Have a Flash forge Creator Pro using simplify 3d with .4 extruder. Need help printing small posts first 2 layers o.k. then it leaves zits or the heat causes the next layers to deform . Very small posts .1 inch diameter X . 08 inch height .

A few things you can do with that nozzle size.
Make sure the cooling fan is on.
Orient the part so the posts are closest to the outlet for the fan.
Print pretty slow but not too slow.
Lower extruder temp a little from your normal when it gets to those areas.
What slicer? If S3D then you can enable the Print Islands sequentially so it doesn’t print two layers back to back for a single post.
Print multiple copies of the part or also print a sacrificial part to give more time in between layers

Thanks will try your suggestions but do not have a cooling fan, so that option not available. Could try doing a 2nd process with cooler temp and slower speed when 1st 2 layers done if that will help. The 2 posts/pins are built on top of (part of) a part 1.12 inch by .35 inch and .14inch thickness before the posts are added.

That could help.
For cooling you could use a small desktop fan and aim it toward the bed surface a bit but try to not blast the extruder directly as much as possible. Also make sure the sides and top are off to help hot air escape.
