Haven’t seen you switch out filaments? Have you tried a different brand? I think you should start with PLA and get a hang of the settings. i.e leveling, quality, etc then move to ABS. ABS needs hi-temp + optional ABS glue/slurry to get the first layer stick to the bed, PLA doesn’t 60 bed temp woul…

Try to level your bed again and add more distance between your nozzle and bed. I normally use 0.15mm to get a nice first layer. Yours like its way too close to the bed.

Yes, communication is the key! Before accepting an order, I take my time looking at the 3D model (overhangs, support, etc.) and take my time to do a test print. Then explain the scenario on how to get the job done and once customer agrees with the proposal, I accept the print job otherwise custome…
