  • Hi everyone! I have noticed that many changes were made to the order interface and also a new file/pictures uploader has been updated. It’s cool that we can now upload any type of file but I noticed that uploading multiple pictures has now become a bit complicated since we can’t choose multiple pi…

  • Hi everyone, I just had an order that went direct to my phone during the night… Because I sometimes feel sleepy, I was not able to answer within half an hour which is my current average. I was wondering if it were not a good idea to implement “open hours” for the hubs or for regions. This implemen…

  • Not to get over dramatic or anything, but Indoor Wall Avoidance (which we will call IWA until the team comes up with a better name:) is trying to give Daredevil-like powers to those with visual disabilities. To put that in slightly less geeky terms, IWA is developing a way to create wearable sensors…

My problem is, the case is so soft when you print the upper cutout (see second photo) it bends and then you have problems …

  • I know @ProdPoint, @key23d and @James_2 tend to do some design work. My personal advice would just to go ahead and start off quite low and make an agreement withe customer. If, for your first project, you spend too much time that’s just an investment in yourself. After a few projects you know better…

  • Hey Francesco, thanks for the feedback, you’re right! Good news is that we’ve planned to fix this soon, a couple other Hubs also pointed it out already. Thanks, Brian

  • I wish I could upvote this +1000! @ - Please bring back the ability to enter our own weight and/or volumes. The way it works now, we can either: 1) Accept your (3D Hubs) calculated print volume using the system-generated print settings to calculate volume and use that value along with our (hubs) p…

  • Thx! Let me know
