Do you get the same error loading the right print head? If not, then the left print head may not be heating or the temp sensor may be faulty. Not sure what would be wrong if they both do this…

I’m pretty new to this and have recently started using glass (mirror tile actually) with hairspray (you need the RIGHT hairspray). Get the build plate leveled correctly and those prints are actually hard to get off.
