…believe it or not …I did read somewhere that cleaning the sd slot with compressed air could help…so the stops could been caused by problems with reading the SD card…I did simply blow a few times into the slot - avoid spitting - …and the dammed printer is working without problems since yesterday now…

Okay, after endless hours I got it …It was a Problem with the cable connector to the sensor at the heat bed…from tome to time the Connection was disturbed by movement of the cable…I soldered it and now that Problem is solved for some days. [ultimaker_senso_heatbed.jpeg]

The replace bed and heat sensor are originals and not half a year old. I checked the wiring, which is fine. What I dont understand is the context of the stepper motor for z axis and the temp sensor…nevertheless I checked with the supplier of the heatbed and I can change it. Hope that will help. T…
