I recently had my nozzle from the extruder stop heading when trying to insert new filament. Any Reason why this may happen and does anyone know anything about how to fix it such as pluggin in wire and such.

I just got my cube 3d printer from 3d systems yesterday, and every single print has been aborted during its print with no error message, just “aborted cooling down” Has anyone experienced that and fixed it?
