Cube randomly stops during prints

I just got my cube 3d printer from 3d systems yesterday, and every single print has been aborted during its print with no error message, just “aborted cooling down” Has anyone experienced that and fixed it?

Can you check your thermistor wiring on the hotend? It could be a thermal runaway alert being thrown because of a short-circuit…
