Not sure if you’re referring to Windows or Mac? For MacOS, there’s a link for “other files”, “Mono Framework for Z-Suite on Mac” http://support.zortrax.com/downloads/software/?os=macosx For Windows, I think you’ll need an updated .Net framework

Hectic error, sorry, can’t help. But what I’ve found on the Mac version of ZSuite is that I should only install the Mono version they link to on the download page for compatibility, not the latest one, maybe that’ll help with you MacOS problem
