I’ve been traveling through South Africa for the past 10 days, tomorrow I’ll be back in Cape Town and would love to meet up with the locals and talk some 3D printing!

hey I’m interested, how about the maker-station in Woodstock? I think Ian Pells [also on 3d hubs] runs or is involved in running it…got lots of space too!

Hey @Redlinelaser cool that you’re up for it! Lets see how many interested makers we can gather. Is the maker-station open in the evening? Otherwise a cafe could also work.
Sounds cool. We could go somewhere like Jamaica me crazy or Woodstock lounge?
I think it can be open in the evening Brian, I’m new to 3d Printing so still finding my feet with who is who and what is what but i did visit the maker-station to view Ian’s machine and definitely understood that gatherings at the maker-station are encouraged and they serve filter coffee there to! Chat to Ian, I’m sure that if he cant help directly, he can put you in touch with the one who can.
