  • Good idea. I’m just getting started with the 3DS Projet 6000 after running a Stratasys Objet500 for a year. It does seem unnecessarily long to clean the plate. The guy training me uses an exacto knife into each hole. Gotta be a faster way.

  • It was a bad board. Since they replaced it it’s all good.

  • We had a “Z Start” setting that was too high. It put too much material on the part and it’s wouldn’t harden on a pass. It was really noticeable on thin wall. Plus our roller waste tray would get full and clog. Since it was adjusted the whole machine does a better job.

  • Check the UV lamps. I suspect they’re out of calibration.

  • This is the 4th time we’ve had this failure. This failure happened at 31% into the 4 hour build. All maintenance has been done and is up to date. Stratasys suggested it was the UV lights but they were checked and OK. We clean the heads and roller after every job. Since the last time we had this …
