Objet500 sprays crap all over

This is the 4th time we’ve had this failure. This failure happened at 31% into the 4 hour build.

All maintenance has been done and is up to date.

Stratasys suggested it was the UV lights but they were checked and OK.

We clean the heads and roller after every job.

Since the last time we had this failure we’ve run 8 jobs/116 hours build time.

Any help is appreciated.

Hello,

Have you checked to make sure the vac hose in the roller bath is all the way down? In the past I have used a zip tie to hold it in place after cleaning the blade tray. Hope this helps!

It was a bad board. Since they replaced it it’s all good.
