Is that the original heater? If it is how old is the printer ? Do you use it in a ddaily basis? If is about a year old, and using it daily. The heater is bad. Check the voltage (12v or 40v)and buy a new one.

If you set it to 250 does it gets to 240?

Go to your Hub and edit the printer you’ll be able to add a printer turn off the one you don’t want. You don’t have size on the profile that is why you can decline an order if that is one of your limitations
