Have you preheated the nozzle ? If not it could be waiting for the nozzle to reach printing temperature

I’ve not done it myself. But I believe you can reflash/upgrade through the usb port. I’d have to look further into it. I’d start on the wanha website, they are quite helpful

Hi, my suggestions would be adding a glass build plate and then using build tak on top.
