When I click on the print file my printer goes back to the info screen and it the just says the file name without starting the print.

Please help

Have you preheated the nozzle ? If not it could be waiting for the nozzle to reach printing temperature

Does it not print any of the files you slice with the Wanhao Idea software into .i

Can you print a file you printed before?

Are you running the latest firmware on your D5s?

Try reloading the firmware onto the D5s.

Try reslicing your Stl file. Into .i file.

I had my Wanhao D5s about 2 months. The only problem I have had with the Wanhao Idea slicing software. It wouldn’t it would not print my design said there was a error? My design printed on a different machine with different software with out a problem.

Youhave to wait until the print head warms up before it starts the print. If it’s warming up but isn’t printing them you could have the same fault that I had in hat the board appeared to get stuck in a loop. Turn the printer off at the wall and turn it back on. It worked for me after that.
