Het kan meerdere oorzaken hebben, en ik zal er een paar noemen; - de temperatuur is te laag, probeer 210C - het materiaal is niet goed, probeer ander PLA materiaal. Succes

What you can try is before you install the software switch off your antivirus software. I had some trouble as well with that.

yes we use CubePro Duo. Good printer big printbed but not trouble free.
