I found out what the problem is, the tape was peeling up itself not the glue. I think it is the heat from the PLA itself was causing the tape to peel.

Okay should I keep the front open and have a fan blowing on it?

It is PLA and my printer does not have active cooling or a heated bed, I print on Duck painters tape.

PLA, Da Vinci JR. 1.0, Elmers X-treeme school glue stick, Duck General purpose painters tape. But as the piece itself is actualy printing the base does not appear to be bent up.

This is my third time typing this due to internet problems so I am going to make it short. Any specific type of glue or just the average school paper glue?

So I place tape on the bed and put glue on the top of the tape
