  • I found out what the problem is, the tape was peeling up itself not the glue. I think it is the heat from the PLA itself was causing the tape to peel.

  • Okay should I keep the front open and have a fan blowing on it?

  • It is PLA and my printer does not have active cooling or a heated bed, I print on Duck painters tape.

  • PLA, Da Vinci JR. 1.0, Elmers X-treeme school glue stick, Duck General purpose painters tape. But as the piece itself is actualy printing the base does not appear to be bent up.

  • So I place tape on the bed and put glue on the top of the tape
