The board and PS are stock. The PS is definitely broken; I’m not sure about the board. The light used to come on before but with no PS I can’t be sure if the board is good or not. Thanks Daniel. That seems to have got over the connection problem as it says “printing” but now it looks like I have no power to the board. I’ll check out the power supply and see if that’s the problem

I have been given a Rigidbot printer which used to work. Using Arduirno software I am unable to get any reaction from the printer except “com3 already in use” but the only thing connected to com3 is the printer.
