Rigidbot1 printer not working

I have been given a Rigidbot printer which used to work. Using Arduirno software I am unable to get any reaction from the printer except “com3 already in use” but the only thing connected to com3 is the printer. I am new to 3d printing and willing to learn but can’t see a way to fix the problem. Can anyone help?
