My fan is running smooth. Had the printer for 14 months now. Use it regular - not heavy duty everyday.

I also use glass and hairspray, when the print cools off to room temp it normally cracks off by itself. If you are in a hurry get 2 or 3 glass plates. Then remove the glass and place clean glass on printer bed.

I reduced the layer for the top and slightly increased the temp. The print looks better but not great yet. Will step up temp further and reduce speed also.

To remove the blue sticker heat the bed to about 80 degrees then it comes of clean.
