    Thanks for the info on the Trapezoidal/ACME screws! I’ll look into those. When you say “…check your Z axis bearings for any binding that might stop your Y axis moving all the way up during a layer change”, did you mean to say to check that it might stop my “Z” axis from moving all the way up? If so…

    I’ve got M8 rods for my Z-axis. I switched them from 5/8 a while back and also changed my firmware at that time to account for the change in step calculations.
