We’ve got one too, we have the same issue but its not a problem for us. You could try printing onto blue tape in the old-school way? Good luck…fairly old guy in Norwich, UK!

Hi - we have an Autodesk Ember - the print area is small but the resolution you can achieve is amazing, down to 0.01mm layers, it also has the advantage that you can use any resins so for example we often use Formlabs resins as well as the Autodesk ones. It is more expensive than the Form though but…

The resolution and speed on the Ember is higher - down to 10microns (0.01mm) in the Z axis, and because its DLP the speed is much faster

Richard - for the glass…I looked into this before, do you place it on top of the existing bed? Also, how do you hold it in place and what thickness of glass do you use. I am a Kapton tape expert with no air bubbles but it very frustrating when I damage it removing parts! Cheers.
