I have to agree. Seems like a clog. The beginnings. Over time you would start to get very brittle print that would crush with little pressure. Other signs will be clicking as the extruder tries to feed filament but it has nowhere to go. Unclog or just change nozzles and you should be gtg.

I would put ensuring the printer is true to be up near the top of the list.

I don’t print pla at 100 for small pronts I usually go 45 and 60 for large prints. When printing on blue tape all I do is clean the area with denatured alcohol nothing else.
