I have the same problem. No matter how I try to level the z-axis it goes off when I “home” it. It seems my threaded rod is off-plum and will not stay parallel with the guide rod. I lashed them together near the top with a zip tie and that has helped, but does not seem like a good permanent solution…

Yep. I did the same thing. Luckily I realized the switch wasn’t extending out far enough and rotated the mounting block.

I had off center holes in my bearing block as well. Of course, I didn’t discover it until it was the last one on the lower X-axis rod and there wasn’t room for the belt. I had to push out my X-rods and jockey them around to a place where the off center bearing wasn’t catastrophic.
