Sounds like the file name is too long! Rename the .stl file and try again.

I took mine apart and there is no switch!

Hi i bought from technology outlet also. there was no switch on mine so I bit the bullet and plugged it in. it has been fine for over 500 hrs of printing so far. Cool printer but I have to say the dual extruders are a pain in the ass! Good luck
