normally when I get this message it is the small connector to the build platform that is not connected poperly. you also get the message if you plug them in after switching on. so make sure you plug them in then switch it on not the other way round.

add an addional layer in the Zsuite to the base and top thay may fix the issue I set mine a t 4 layers and I think standard is only 2 or three.

highlight the thing once you have it dropped in. then press Ctrl + c as many times as you want do not worry if you go outside the area so to speak. when you have the desired amount push auto arrange and Robert is mothers brother.
