I’m working in ZSuite, and I keep getting an error message as I “Prepare to print.” I’ve rendered about nine models prior to this one, and they’ve all been fine. This was the 10th, and I keep getting the error. I’ve attached a screenshot. Can you tell me how to proceed? Is this a software issue?

Thanks!

Matt

PS-I’m running Windows 10

PPS - I’m running Zsuite 1.4.1

My advice - upgrade to Z-Suite 1.6.1 - free download - this should resolve your issues.

Hi @BackstreetZAFU,

I’d say that you should contact the Zortrax Support, usually they are really fast and efficient. Here 3 you can fill the form on their website.

If other models are working fine and it’s just 1 model giving you problems, then there is likely an integrity issue with that model. Try running the model through Netfabb repair and then bring it back into Z-suite to slice again.

You can use Netfabb’s cloud repair service at https://netfabb.azurewebsites.net/ 11

Or you can download Netfabb basic for free and repair it yourself at Fusion 360 with Netfabb | Get Prices and Buy Netfabb | Autodesk 6

If you want to post the STL file here, we can take a look at it for you.

Cheers
