I’m working in ZSuite, and I keep getting an error message as I “Prepare to print.” I’ve rendered about nine models prior to this one, and they’ve all been fine. This was the 10th, and I keep getting the error. I’ve attached a screenshot. Can you tell me how to proceed? Is this a software issue?

PS-I’m running Windows 10
PPS - I’m running Zsuite 1.4.1
My advice - upgrade to Z-Suite 1.6.1 - free download - this should resolve your issues.

I’d say that you should contact the Zortrax Support, usually they are really fast and efficient. Here you can fill the form on their website.

If other models are working fine and it’s just 1 model giving you problems, then there is likely an integrity issue with that model. Try running the model through Netfabb repair and then bring it back into Z-suite to slice again.
