Hi,
Thanks for your reply! I’m on the Zortrax website, and all I see is the software, and the firmware - is the firmware the same thing as the frameworks? If not, do you know where exactly I can find the frameworks?
Thanks!
matt
Not sure if you’re referring to Windows or Mac?
For MacOS, there’s a link for “other files”, “Mono Framework for Z-Suite on Mac”
http://support.zortrax.com/downloads/software/?os=macosx 18
For Windows, I think you’ll need an updated .Net framework
Hey, thanks for the suggestion.
So, which combination of software and mono framework would you suggest? I see there are three options for each, and I’m not sure which to use for optimum performance.
Thanks!
matt
I’m running ZSuite 1.4.1 and 4.0.4.4
That’s what I’ve been running, too.
Do you have problems when you add multiple items to the build plate? I’m trying to print about five items, and every time I try to add multiple models to the build plate, the software stalls and crashes.
Hello your system hardware of your PC does not support the ZSuite, try to upgrade or replace the PC you have with a more 'performance, hello.
Hey Nic,
I have Windows 8, so I’m not sure. I specifically bought a laptop with Windows 8 to make sure it worked.
This forum has been a big help, though, so I’m sure they can give you some direction.
Good luck!
matt
ok, I solved the issue! I went back to windows 8.1!
Hi,
did anyone get to the bottom of the opengl32.dll issue under windows 10? I am running (or trying to run) the latest version of Z-Suite.
It is certainly not a hardware problem, as Z-Suite was running fine on the same hardware under windows 8 - it was only under the windows 10 install that it has stopped working.
I have ensured I have the latest .net framework installed - and rebooted, and reinstalled z-suite - with no success.
I have tried with AVG and Defender disabled - with no success.
I have tried installing and running under Windows compatibility mode for XP, Vista, Windows 8 - with no success
I have tried replacing the openg32.dll file with an fresh version from another working windows 10 machine - with no success
I have refreshed and updated all my Windows display drivers to latest versions - with no success
Any ideas?
thanks for your suggestions -appreciated.
cheers
