The visor might be tricky, but there are some clear filaments like T-glase from Taulman, and they can be treated to look clearer, but it still might give you limited visibility, here is an example:

Yup, definitely. I did a full Helmet recently ( http://saraandherwolves.tumblr.com/post/133761047595/side-project-for-halloween 46 ) it was nothing special like the storm trooper helmet previously mentioned since it was done fairly quickly and was just painted raw (no sanding down or coating) but if you have any questions on modeling/construction/ welding/ finishes I’d be more than happy to give you a step by step on how to do it. My suggestion is to look up 3d-models of helmets and see how they are broken down into parts for printing. You need to be really clever to avoid the seams from showing in obvious places.

Good Luck!

There are sites that sell acrylic domes and half ovals. It would simply be a matter of integrating the dome or oval into the 3d printed outer shell of the mask. Would you want it finished? I am currently working on a Destiny helmet and costume for a client with a similar design. PM me uf you need simething made.

yes very possible… I have done several helmets and its just a matter of getting the size correct
