I am unable to upload the .cube3 file, probably because of the size. I had changed the file extension to allow it to upload, but it was still not working. If you want to provide me with email or a dropbox/google drive or other cloud link, I could upload it to you.

What firmware version is your Cube on? I think mine is 1.2 but I won’t be able to check again until the print job is complete.

I am running on a Windows 7 64-bit laptop (that is a piece of junk).

Do you print connected through the cable or on the USB drive? I never print directly connected.

If you still can’t print the file that I send you and you are on the same firmware, then maybe you would need to contact 3D Systems.

I hope this helps!

Hi mars3ddesign,

Well, I don’t have this exact experience but I’ll suggest you to open the STL files generated by Catia (that’s not opened directly) via Cubify.com 10, from My Shelf. Upload the file via My Shelf and update your shelf in cubify software to be visible there.

I don’t know why this is happening but since last version of software, it shows cannot read STL file.

Hope it helps

Sorry for late response, I have no problem while printing. I have problem while loading .stl file to cubify software, so I can’t get a .cube3 file. However, I think I have find the reason. I’m posting as answer to root message.

Thanks anyway.
