Hi all. I only have the free version of Sketchup and I need to convert some files to get quote for the CNC service. Is there a file converter or something?

I can convert them for you. Go over to my hub (https://www.3dhubs.com/service/3drapidprints 240), click contact hub, and write me there. You should be able to upload the files after I respond back.
There is no sketchup plugin to export to STEP, export to STL…and use FreeCAD to convert it to STEP: http://blog.bantamtools.com/convert-stl-to-step 493
