Sketchup STL to STEP

Hi all. I only have the free version of Sketchup and I need to convert some files to get quote for the CNC service. Is there a file converter or something?

There is no sketchup plugin to export to STEP, export to STL…and use FreeCAD to convert it to STEP: http://blog.bantamtools.com/convert-stl-to-step

A 1st attempt failed but after having cleaned up the stl file with Meshlab the protocol given on http://blog.bantamtools.com/convert-stl-to-step worked great…
