Its really hard to establish a baseline because customers come in with such different expectations. We are working on some features that will better give example of what a customer should expect. I think a complete hub profile with pictures of previous prints helps show what your printer is capable of. In most instances, I think its best to communicate with the customer to see what they are looking for.

Declining does slightly effect hubscore, but significantly less than an order gone wrong would be. At the end of the day if you dont feel comfortable printing it to a good standard, its best to decline and recommend an alternative.
