Hi there, it looks like your nozzle is a little too far from the bed and it’s causing the prints to not adhere. I’d recommend re-leveling with the bed a bit higher. You should be able to push a plain piece of paper between the nozzle and bed with some resistance.

Also, if you’re using PLA your heated bed should be set around 55-65c. I can’t tell if you have this set or not, but just wanted to mention it.

Looks like the model is printing upside down.

Your not level and check your Cura setting they should be close to the following:

Layer Height 0.2

Shell Thickness 1.2

Enable retraction is checked

Bottom/Top thickness 1.2

Fill Density 30%

Print Speed 40

Flow 100.0

Nozzle size 0.4

This is what i used

Bed 60c , and nozzle 210c , using hatchbox PLA

Layer Height 0.2

Shell Thickness 0.8

Bottom/Top thickness 0.8

Fill Density 10%

Print Speed 40

Flow 100.0

Nozzle size 0.4

bed is leveled on all 4 corners , mid off the bed is little off but should be still printing better

Unfortunately the bed on this printer sometimes comes warped from the factory, which is why the middle of your bed may be off level from the rest. I’d recommend picking up a piece of borosilicate glass, and placing that over the current bed surface.
