Ordered the IRA3d Poetry Infinity printer for my company, accessories, and a shipment of filaments.

Shipping - Was prompt and efficient for including overseas freight and customs. Packaging of the printer was excellent - Metal enforcement as well as packaging surrounding the printer.
No more than 3 weeks in total from start to delivery.
Printer worked with little effort out of box (as first time user), saving the tech support for when we really need it.
Printer Build Quality - Engineered very well. Slight coil whine from electronics.

Minor shipping error with our 2 spools out of 24 that we ordered, immediately resolved by IRA3d (very professional, and great customer service that we have encountered so far, very patient with customers)
Successfully printed items after bed leveling, and a few minor tweaks to slicing settings.

USB still a bit buggy, but does connect and respond to most commands. Will be looking into that in more detail with tech support in near future. We are thinking it’s driver/software glitch. Maybe a firmware update?

Ideally, I would like to order another in time. I will be interested in seeing where this company goes with future models and accessories.

I like this printer, and company.

That is good to hear that you got a good unit. Based on the review by Richard Horne, the unit itself seemed terrible in the review.

I just got done watching that video, and I can say, that my machine’s quality seems better than the one he has. I found that video a bit jaded, but I havn’t has issues with customer service. I am printing parts currently, and have has minimal issues. Using their flavor of slicer, their firmware. Only issue is usb control but from what I have researched on the web, that seems to be somewhat a thing.

As with all printers every machine is different. Some run perfect some not so much. So from that standpoint I do understand if he got a bad machine, and you have a great machine. Though on that note I do trust Richard’s review’s on things quite well as the experience he has with 3d printers. I’m glad to hear your success with the machine, as it does look very nice and rigid.

I trust his knows his stuff, and I’m not here to discredit or anything of the sort. Just wanted to get my 2 cents in from what I experienced. Like I said, my first printer, was a bit expensive, basing that off of the clone aspect that he talks about. I would lvoe to get my hands on more printers for hands on comparison.
