Your success will depend a lot on the extruder setup. If you are comfortable with maintenance on that printer (removing jams tearing down the extruder) you should just try it and see what happens. Print very slow and move up in speed not down. Also by looking at the machine specs the hotend is only rated to 250 so make sure your tpu doesn’t require a higher temp.
