Hi @leejones15 that’s certainly a mess! Further to wirlybird’s comment, what slicer are you using? Does it have a default profile for the Sigma?
Even for PLA, 185C is low and it might be that 205C still isn’t high enough depending on the brand and/or the machine characteristics, I’ve had some PLA/machine combinations that needed 210C (although never higher than that).
It could also be underextrusion as wirlybird says, machines can vary quite a lot in this respect so what works for your other machines may need to change for the Sigma. For example, I’ve one machine that needs a 0.90 multiplier and another that needs 0.99 for the same filament.
The only other thing I can think of is that maybe the nozzle is obstructed. Is the machine new or used?
