Ya they told me the same it’s not very good though considering majority of pc’s are windows 10 now
Indeed again! I luckily have a spare laptop, but not everyone will have.
We’re struggling with ours also. Have posted on another thread but will continue.
Buggy Driver in Windows 7 - seams to have a mind of its own.
Couldn’t update the firmware as per instruction in issue Issue 76. Has anybody had any joy with this? May be the route cause of our problems.
Have manages to start the printing process by activating the hood limit switch, but print fails after a few minutes.

The software and the V3 does work on mac and on windows 10, the mac version of the firmware has been updated to fix any problems.
