I can’t believe it, How is possible that can exist a enterprise like that.
After two month I don’t have my order. They think that can make all they want.
For me that is a scammer.

It cost me my business to never get off the ground. Sorry you are having the same experience I had.

What? Noble has terrible customer service…that was my experience and others as well. I don’t care how good their products are…if they don’t deliver in a reasonable amount of time, small businesses cannot adjust. And for you to say that we should just not say anything is absurd. If any other potential buyer of Noble products read this, be prepared for at least a 2 month delivery time from initial order date. Also, be prepared to have no communication with the company regarding anything. It is a 1 man operation out of his garage in Las Vegas and apparently has little time to answer emails. That was my experience…truth!

You should copy and paste his email responses to you so people can see the thread. Just a thought. And I do believe you…and I believe Chuck Hull to be the owner disguised as a client.

I wish I had seen this before I placed my order with Noble!!! Now I see why I haven’t receive my order, and why my emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. I wanted to give them a try, but now I am having second thoughts about placing a second order.

Even if you get their material soon , this is not good, is awful, the material look like is damp, is high density so your vacum is going to show you some trouble and erros, because the filter basquet and the tubes will fill

Thank you for letting me know. I had no success contacting this company or getting my emails returned. I was searching for a good company for long term business, at this company is now off my list. Never again. Any suggestions on what good company to use? Thank you in advance!

There is one in germany or duschland wich high quality I never hear of them, but Somebody say me that they are very good, If you can found it, tell me, you can see that the Noble not answer my quations o email yet.

Order places 10/14/2017 Paid UPS Ground. ( I know it doesn’t take more than 5 days from Las Vegas to Florida via UPS Ground). 10/27/2017 No order, and no reply to my emails and phone calls asking for tracking number of my order, complete radio silence. An order of materials we placed from Italy on the same day arrived days ago, still nothing from Las Vegas? Incredible!

Our project is officially delayed. And I also no we longer trust the quality of this product after reading these reviews and the way we have been ignored .

Thank you! I placed an order from an Ebay Seller from the U.K. to give it a try, since we are searching for a supplier for continued business. I placed my order same day as I did in Noble, and package arrived from Italy before the Noble order (which is in Las Vegas, NV) Shipping within the USA via USPS Ground shouldn’t take weeks. We decided to no longer do business with Noble. In fact, I just left another Voicemail to request an order cancellation.

The product on Ebay I purchased is ZT-400 powder and now since communication with them has been easy and they had proved they are great sellers, I will place a new order for more powder and Binder.

We will be playing with these products and keep you posted.

After one month noble not answer me about their material, I wrote too many messages an they not answer, I wrote their page and nothing,

I hate this company, I lose more than $800 whit this company, and I had pay $250 for fix my 3d printer. for their stupid material.

Maicon, We are still waiting for you to send us your printers COMPLETE log file, and not an edited version of your log file. Why would you not complete this very simple task? Why would you go through all the trouble of editing your log file, leaving all of the most important log information out Sir?

Your actions thus far have not been conducive of someone trying to fix a problem.

You have been online leaving negative reviews about us as a company, yet when we attempt to assist you, you send us log file which is clearly edited. We ask you to send us an unedited log file, and we do not hear back from you until this email? Why?

We are more than willing to help you with the problems that you are experiencing, but if we can not have your co-operation in providing us the means to analyse the problem, (which may or may not be due to our product), then how can you expect us to provide support?

Nobody takes their car to a mechanic to be fixed, and then not let the mechanic look under the hood Sir!

Please download and install the program called, “Team Viewer” on to a computer that has both internet access as well as access to the printer using our powder.

The program called “Team Viewer” will be used to logon locally to your 3D Printer for troubleshooting and diagnostics testing only.

Please email us once you have successfully installed team vier.

I send you all log file that I have, you want to send you my 3d printer too, I don’t know what more do you want, you only make excuses for todo nothing bout this.

I can send you any more that I can used and Have. your say now this but not answer nothing in any medium, You are irresponsable, you say that I edit this file, that only show my that, You just do not want to accept that your product does not work. That is your answer??? The file is Edited??, I don’t have any idea that you are saying, you are accusing of something quite serious you are. Of course that I going to make the install team view, but after this you goint look that your product is awfull, after two month your give this solution, After this I will ask for the payment of my printer at 100% because it will ruin it again.

Following up, the ZT-400 products are great!! I am very happy with the print results, I recommend it. seller is always happy to answer questions, and always reply. Shipping fast fast considering it was international.

Three monthy ago I gave to Noble3D a second chace, I bougth a ClarBinder, I wrote more tha 50 email, the never answered me, now they stolen my money.

I hate this stupid enterprise. Please Don’t buy here anymore.

I know you haven’t been on here for a while, but I’m interested in what you have to say about your 3d printing studio consulting services. I’m planning on starting such a studio in the seattle area, and I need as much advice as I can get. Hope we can chat!
