X & Y axis Scale

Continuing the discussion from X and Y axes are not in scale: I have the same problem in Flash forge Dreamer Dual Extruder. x & y are reduced dimensions, but z has not changed. In 20x20x20 mm calibration cube x&y have 18.9 mm and z have 20 mm. Why? I am using Flashprint for slicing
