Hi Paul, Try to close the sides of the printer, ideal version is to buy side covers from zortrax (the low cost version is cardboard and it will do, but it wont look nice), make the ABS juice (slurry). I make mine more dense ~150mg Acetone with 50 gr of ABS plastic. Keep it closed, acetone vaporize …
