how would 3dhubs check my printer’s dimension if I am not able to put them somewhere in the Printer profile?

i had some off-hour orders lately… my average response time went from 20 minutes to over 1 hour
not ver satisfied with the last update… I worry that this will have a negative impact in the customer’s choice -
on my MendelMax1.5 I print at 70mm/s for perimeters and 90mm/s for infills, support and bridges at 0.2mm layers with 0.3mm nozzle
