hya not sure if you have resolved the issue as 3 months since you put this up. but when mine starts to “click” i dismantle the feed system and clean out the orifice extruder holes. usually finding that they are blocked with degraded ABS. Robert

I am not getting a reply from CTC Printers in China re getting a cost for some spares. specifically stepper moters and cables. anyone else have this problem or is it just me? Robert

Hya I have been having the same problems and tried your idea of swapping cables and it was still the same “Y” stepper so i presume its the motor. have tried contacting CTC for spare moter cost and am getting no reply. do you know another supplier please? regards Robert (Melbourne Australia)
