  • This cannot be removed. Seam placement is a better method, but cheap slicing software usually doesn’t have those options.

  • This is normal for any FDM printer. That is a seam line created when the extruder tip starts and stops at a given point every layer.

  • You can try inserting the phone geometry into a solid block using assembly. Then edit the block in the assembly and select cavity and click on the phone geometry. Using then using a combination of the surface offest and split command you can have you inner phone geometry with a flat outer surface.

  • If the infill is 100% you need to reduce the cooling, therfore I would heat the build plate up even higher. At this point its trial and error until you get the right temp. Geometry and orientation are a big part of how your part shrinks. Using default settings almost never work. Good luck.

  • Make sure your build plate is heated to at least 110C. Go with 20% or less infill and use Kapton tape. Hairspray is good and the cheap way out, but I’ve found that Kapton works better and consistent -Peak Additive

  • Honestly, PC or Nylon are your best bet for a prosumer machine. If you want something that will last spend the money and get your part made out of ULTEM 1010. I know a few guys that use this under their Corvette and it works like a charm. -Peak Additive

  • There are not too many Thermoset resins that can take that kind of heat. Thermoplastics are the way to go.

  • I don’t quite understand what output bits are but if you mean components the creator pro is very customizable.
