If there are open analog pins on a Davinci board and you get the kit with amplifier then wire the signal wire from the amplifier board to the open analog pin then wire the power 5v and ground to the amplifier board. Then edit the temp table in FW.

Install open source Firmware, buy petg filament, buy buildtak the correct size for your printer, start to enjoy printing.

Install opensource firmware so you can use other filaments, buy T-glase or Petg and you will start to live for the first time in your printing life. Very little warp, absolutely no layer delamination, prints at 230-250c, stronger than abs, no smells or vapor.

There is something called the coefficient of expansion, or, for you, things grow when they get hot. So to get an accurate measurement, the need to be at temperature is ideal.
